Furniture and Mattress Warehouse offers DELIVERY and **Setup (please read below) in Local San Diego and Chula Vista for $59.99 dollars.  For over 30 miles from SD we provide reasonable delivery rates. Buyer assumes all risk associated with transportation of merchandise picked up including the tying of merchandise to vehicle by seller. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit the area. Seller can designate a day for delivery but not a specific time. Seller cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture.Seller makes no warranties beyond the written description of the merchandise on the face hereof unless otherwise stated by seller in writing. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Any exchanges, returns or cancellations are subject to seller approval and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

Things to Consider Before Delivery:

• Do we have the correct delivery address and phone numbers where you can be reached?
• Do we need a map for your new area?
• Do you have elevators, narrow stairs, or other special delivery obstacles?
• Will the furniture fit through the doorways and hallways?
• Do you have access to the property?
• Will someone be available all day to accept delivery?
• Is the room cleared? Our drivers cannot move your existing furniture.
• Please be sure to have someone 18+ available to accept and sign for delivery.
• If you need to cancel your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.
• All balances must be paid before or have the exact COD upon arrival of the delivery service.
